By commissioning project deliverables, placing orders through our modular pricing calculator, or executing a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA) with XiaLabs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all technical software development, mobile application engineering, UI/UX design, cloud architecture, and digital growth consulting services provided by our team.

Our engagements are engineered around transparent milestones, clear deliverables, and rapid communication:

• Sprint-Driven Execution: All engineering work is structured into clearly defined milestones with itemized acceptance criteria agreed upon prior to sprint kickoff.
• Scope Change Governance: Any additional feature requests, scope expansions, or third-party API adjustments requested outside the initial statement of work are scoped, estimated, and approved in writing before implementation.
• Collaborative Reviews: Clients receive direct access to staging environments, weekly sprint demos, and milestone checklists for progressive sign-off.

We operate on a foundational principle of Zero Vendor Lock-in. You own what you pay for, with zero recurring software licensing royalties to our agency.

All pricing displayed on our platform is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and represents transparent, fixed-scope investment amounts:

• Modular Service Packages: Deliverables configured via our interactive pricing calculator are fixed-price commitments with zero hidden agency surcharges or undisclosed maintenance fees.
• Milestone Invoicing: Custom enterprise engagements are partitioned into transparent payment tranches (e.g. Discovery & Wireframing, Core Architecture & API Engineering, QA & Production Deployment).
• Secure Payment Methods: Invoices can be paid seamlessly via UPI, NetBanking, NEFT/RTGS, and major cards through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners with automated GST tax invoices.
• Prompt Milestone Review: Clients have 7 business days following milestone submission to test deliverables and provide consolidated feedback before automatic milestone sign-off.

We treat your business models, customer records, technical blueprints, and proprietary algorithms with institutional confidentiality and strict operational isolation:

• Mandatory Employee NDAs: All engineers, product managers, and designers sign rigorous non-disclosure agreements before being granted access to client source repositories.
• Bilateral Mutual NDAs: We routinely sign mutual corporate NDAs prior to deep-dive architectural consultations, code audits, or proprietary data exchanges.
• Secure Key Management: Production secrets, database credentials, and third-party API tokens are handled using encrypted secret management protocols with zero-trust access principles.

Quality assurance is built into every step of our delivery lifecycle. We stand behind our code with comprehensive post-deployment protection:

• 30-Day Bug Fix Warranty: Every solution delivered includes a standard 30-day warranty covering all scoped features against bugs, logic regressions, or browser inconsistencies directly attributable to our implementation.
• Handover & Training: We provide recorded walkthrough videos, API documentation, and handover sessions to empower your in-house staff to manage the platform confidently.
• Extended SLAs Available: For mission-critical systems, we offer monthly retainers covering 24/7 uptime monitoring, server security patching, and ongoing feature enhancements.

These Terms and Conditions and any associated agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall first be resolved through good-faith amicable negotiation between executive representatives. If unresolved within 30 days, matters shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
